By enrolling, you confirm that you are: (1) 18 years of age or older; (2) authorized to enroll the mobile number provided; and (3) aware that standard message and data rates may apply.
Opting Out
You may opt out of the Reece Builders SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. For help, reply HELP. After opting out, you will no longer receive promotional text messages, though you may still receive transactional or service-related messages related to an active inquiry or project.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier subscription agreement. Reece Builders is not responsible for charges incurred by your wireless carrier. Please consult your carrier for details on applicable rates.

7. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this website or the Reece Builders SMS service shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court — except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
8. Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST REECE BUILDERS ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Any arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
